The screwdriving station is designed for injection-moulded pipes and performs the automatic screwdriving of pipe and cover with a definable tightening torque.
The system can be operated in three modes: manual operation via foot switch, semi-automatic operation for complete magazine processing, or fully automatic operation for continuous cycle production. Modern sensor technology detects occupied and empty fixtures and controls the process intelligently. This ensures a continuous and safe production process with minimal operator intervention and maximum safety.
