The system is equipped with two ring magazines, each featuring 24 spindles. Each magazine holds approximately 1,500 rings, providing a total system capacity of up to 3,000 rings. This large storage capacity significantly reduces reloading frequency and ensures consistently high process reliability.
As with all seal ring insertion systems, this version is characterized by a compact and functional design. The ring inserters are maintenance-free and of modular construction, allowing components to be replaced quickly and easily.
A traveling carriage positions the ring inserter and labeler in an ergonomic working position. In addition, the feed system can be flexibly reconfigured to supply rings to opposing inserters as required.
